This entire blog will be dedicated to randomly writing about my experiences and findings while working as a support technician. I have worked in IT for about 2-3 years and have been called "magic fingers" due to the fact that I tend to magically fix technical issues. I would love to put together a general website to collect all of my solutions and tips!
