CD stuck in drive:
To remove a CD that is stuck in a Mac's CD slot, perform the following:
- Shut down the computer
- Restart the computer
- Hold down the Mouse button as the computer starts up (before the chime/Apple logo)
- Your CD drive should attempt to spit out the CD
- Let go of Mouse button once the CD has popped out
